It’s been a mixed week, had to endure over an hour in the MRI on Tuesday as well as a half day of tests, next week is the second half!
Hay-fever has arrived thanks to the warmer days (despite the flurry of snow today!) this has unfortunately triggered some relapsing symptoms and mobility hasn’t been ideal. It happens. The biggest thing is not to sweat it, things will return to semi normal again.
This week i stayed away from the Brexit nonsense! Spent the time reading which was more productive!
I came across a gem this week which is worth sharing, makes a lot of sense.
I broke two bowls today.
I was emptying the dishwasher, holding both small clean bowls in one hand. One of them slipped, and I watched, aghast, as it started to fall in slow motion toward the hard kitchen floor.
In a valiant but vain attempt to miraculously catch the bowl, I dropped the second one as well.
Now both were gone.
Often, the best thing to do with a lost cause is to let it go. Because pursuing it gets in the way of the causes you haven’t lost yet
I would love to say enjoy the weather but rather stay warm for the weekend and wait for warmer days ahead!
